A woman has been assaulted by a man on the side of the A595 at Duddon Bridge.
Police are asking witnesses to come forward as part of an investigation into the assault which took place on Friday April 12 at around 7.30pm.
No injury was caused to the woman.
Officers arrested a 28-year-old man, from the Lincolnshire area, on suspicion of common assault. He has been bailed pending further enquiries.
