
An appeal has gone out after a distinctive pet bird went missing from a Cumbrian village this weekend.
Django disappeared from his home in Blencogo, near Wigton, yesterday, Saturday August 3.
He is a Galah, less commonly known as the pink and grey cockatoo or rose-breasted cockatoo, is an Australian species of cockatoo.
He has pink feathers on his chest, sides, and back and grey feathers on his heads and wings, as well as large bright red patches on his cheeks.
His owners say he is very tame and will be happy to land on someone.
