Cumbria will start their final Durant Cricket Championship match of the season on Sunday at the Horsford club against Norfolk.
The county has registered a draw and two defeats so far and has to make changes for this last game in the Eastern Division Division Two.
Greg Platten, who last played for the county in 2019, is recalled while Sam Dutton is back after missing the last three games.
It’s a special game, too, for Wigton wicket-keeper Matthew Reed who is set to make his senior debut for the county after playing for the Development side last season.
The Cumbria team selected is: Matthew Sempill (Cockermouth, capt), Josh Brown (Cockermouth), Sam Dutton (Kendal), Freddie Fallows (Kendal), Will Fraine (York), Reece Irving (Netherfield), Ed Moulton (Chorley), Greg Platten (Cockermouth), Matthew Reed (Wigton, wk), Ben Walkden (Newton-le-Willows), Nico Watt (Carlisle).
Scheduled start time is 11am on Sunday, with the game continuing on Monday and Tuesday.
