Carlisle City slumped to a poor 3-0 defeat at West Allotment Celtic in the Northern League First Division.
They have to get themselves pulled round and show more determination when they travel to Newcastle Blue Star on Tuesday night.
The Cumbrians were never seriously in the hunt against a side who had started the game at the bottom end of the table with only two teams below them.

However, it took until the 43rd minute for Celtic to fashion a lead and it was Max Cowburn who made the breakthrough for them.
Any half-time readjustments and instructions were quickly tested as Celtic scored their second goal four minutes after the break as Bradley Morns found the City net.

Although Celtic did not score their third until Alfie Livermore netted three minutes from time City never really looked like getting back into the game.
It was a really poor display by City, one which manager Dan Kirkup labelled the worst since he had taken over.
