For the Bluebirds it’s a game against one of only five teams above them in the League Two table. Barrow are currently sixth while Doncaster are a point better off in second place.
Carlisle will be preparing for a quick reunion with Wigan as they were 2-0 winners last week at Brunton Park in the Bristol Motors EFL Trophy.
The Blues sit bottom of League Two while Wigan are 16th in League One – but just three points off the play-off places.
