A woman will appear in court this week following an incident in Whitehaven earlier this year.
Kylie Townsley, 36, of Loweswater Avenue, has been charged with multiple offences in connection with the incident on West Strand on August 2.
She is charged with:
- Using threatening/abuse words/ behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress
- Assault by beating of an emergency worker
- Two counts of assault by beating
She is to appear at North and West Cumbria Magistrates tomorrow, December 3.
