
An award-winning country house hotel in South Cumbria is on the market for £2.5 million.
The Villa Levens at Brettargh Holt near Kendal, is on the market with real estate advisors Colliers.
The hotel is well located in the South Lakes on the fringe of the Lake District National Park.

The hotel has 22 bedrooms all with en suite facilities and substantial public areas including a 38-cover restaurant and adjoining brasserie/orangery with 42 covers, public bar and lounges.

Net turnover to year end December 2023 was £1,129,544 and the turnover is forecast to increase to the year-end 2024.
