An emergency services day will be held on Silloth Green next month.
Volunteers from Silloth RNLI, Maryport Rescue, Blood Bikes, plus Silloth firefighters and other representatives will be there on April 27 from 11am to 2pm.
People are invited to pop along and meet them to find out more about what they do.
The event is sponsored by Silloth RNLI and Silloth Rotary Club.
