Police are investigating an arson in Carlisle which happened on Wednesday.
The incident happened at an address at the corner of Mayfield Avenue and School Road in Carlisle between around 8.30pm and 10pm.
No one was injured during the incident.
A man, wearing a cream T-shirt and dark trousers was seen around the address at the time of the incident and is being treated by police as a suspect.
Officers are appealing for witnesses.
Anyone who saw the incident or the man matching the description in the area, is asked to report it to the police.
