A 63-year-old man from north Yorkshire is due to appear in court today, accused of burglary.
Sean Devaney has been charged with the crime following a break-in at a property in Kendal between June 23 and July 3 this year.
Jewellery was stolen.
Devaney was due to appear before South Cumbria Magistrates Court today, September 29.
