
Lake District hotels have been shortlisted for prestigious industry awards.
The Hotel Cateys celebrate the most successful hotels, hoteliers and hotel employees.
Launched in 2007, the hospitality awards shine a spotlight on the people and the teams who go above and beyond in the industry.
The Hotel Cateys are judged by fellow peers and industry experts.
Cottage in the Wood at Whinlatter, near Keswick, has been shortlisted for two awards.
Jack Bond is a finalist in the Hotel Restaurant Chef of the Year category and the restaurant with rooms is also vying for the Hotel Restaurant Team of the Year title.
Lake District Country Hotels has been shortlisted for the People Team of the Year Award.
The group runs Briery Wood Hotel, between Ambleside and Windermere and Cragwood Hotel and Merewood Hotel in Windermere.
Recognised for its outstanding commitment to team development, staff wellbeing, and excellence in hospitality, Lake District Country Hotels joins a shortlist of esteemed competitors, including The Savoy, Cameron House, Clermont Hotel Group, De Vere Hotels, and The Grove.

The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony, on November 24 in London.
