Lloyd Motor Group has announced the acquisition of the Volkswagen dealership in Carlisle from Lookers.
The business will be rebranded as Lloyd Volkswagen Carlisle and will continue to operate from its site on Auchinleck Drive.
As part of the acquisition, 33 staff have joined Lloyd Motor Group.
This latest addition means Lloyd Motor Group now represents the Volkswagen group in West Cumbria, plus Lloyd Škoda Carlisle, and Lloyd Volkswagen Carlisle.

Lloyd Motor Group is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.
