A man has been jailed after police seized up to £20,000-worth of cocaine from a Barrow address.
Bailey Dutton, 20, has been sentenced to 45 months in prison at Preston Crown Court for drug dealing.
At the time of the offence, he was already on licence after being sentenced to three years imprisonment for drugs offences in 2025.
He was jailed for possession with intent to supply class A and class B drugs this month.
The court heard how on March 27 this year, police raided an address on Manchester Street in Barrow.
Officers found Dutton inside the property and a large vacuum bag containing the remnants of cannabis.
A drugs dog began a search and discovered further quantities of cannabis as well as bags and boxes of cocaine and over £2,000 in cash.
The seized cocaine was valued at between £16,000 and £20,000.
A spokesman for Westmorland and Furness’s Community and Serious Organised Crime unit said: “Our officers were committed to bringing Dutton before the courts, and evidence of his criminal activity was uncovered during searches of his home.
“The supply and misuse of class A drugs causes significant harm to families and communities, and Barrow will undoubtedly be a safer place with this individual behind bars.”
