M6 lanes in South Cumbria reopen after lorry fire

The M6 in South Cumbria has reopened after a lorry fire in the early hours.

Two lanes of the northbound carriageway between Junction 36 at Kirkby Lonsdale and Junction 37 at Kendal have been closed for most of the day.

The fire service was called at about 3.50am. Four fire engines and a water bowser attended the incident.
