[P]olice are investigating a dwelling burglary that occurred on Lowther Street, Penrith. The incident occurred between 5:00pm on Sunday, 7th May and 9:30am on Tuesday, 9th May 2017.
Police are seeking any witnesses who may have information regarding any suspicious persons or vehicles seen in the area.
