[A]t 12.30pm on Wednesday 24th May 2017, a bright green tractor was travelling through Wetheral village towards Scotby village near Carlisle, when the driver of that tractor collided with two parked vehicles, causing damage to both cars.
The driver did stop momentarily but failed to leave his details or report the collision to police.
