The new office, at Palace Building, Main Street, Grange-over-Sands is the third office to be opened by THW Estate Agents who also have offices in Kendal and Windermere.
Sales Manager Angela Horn, who is heading up the new office, says; “We are so excited to be opening another office and are looking forward to start serving the estate agency needs of the people of Grange-over-Sands and surrounding areas.”
The new premises have been fully renovated and offer a modern and welcoming office in the heart of the town. To celebrate the opening, THW are offering 20% of their fees for the first month on any new instructions for the new office (subject to a minimum fee).
Angela continues “ All of our professional and qualified staff have considerable experience of the local property market and we offer the highest quality of personal service – friendly and approachable, with attention to detail and capable of handling all the modern requirements of today’s property market.
