[A] MAN will be sentenced next month for undressing and exposing himself in a Cumbrian sports centre gym.
Daniel James Robinson, 23, appeared at Carlisle Crown Court today (FRI).
He pleaded guilty to one charge of outraging public decency. This relates to an incident which took place in the gym at Cockermouth Sports Centre on May 7.
The charge admitted by Robinson states that he committed the offence by “undressing and publicly exposing” himself to the outrage of other persons.
Judge Barbara Forrester adjourned the case, and ordered the preparation of a pre-sentence report focusing on background issues.
Robinson, of Old Hall Went, Cockermouth, was granted conditional bail by the judge. He is due to be sentenced at the crown court on July 21.
