[N]apthens solicitors is working in partnership with leading insurance provider NFU Mutual to extend its current service offering to include health & safety risk management support.
The regional law firm, which operates offices in Penrith and Kendal, is working with NFU Mutual Risk Management Services Ltd, to offer its clients specialist support designed as a fixed-cost, stress-free solution to the risk associated with employment law.
Services offered through the partnership, which is intended to further develop the law firm’s existing ‘HR3’ fixed cost retainer service, will include a health and safety support service, risk assessments, health and safety policy, consultancy and staff training.
