[C]umbria Police are investigating the theft of a green and black, Giant Ariel, front suspension, mountain bike.
The incident occurred over night, on Monday, 7th August, into Tuesday, 8th August 2017. The bicycle had been locked to a bollard, outside Natwest Bank, English Street, Carlisle.
