The opening date has been revealed for The Range in Workington, creating 80 jobs.
The national home, leisure and garden retailer will open a new store at Dunmail Park in October, owner J Dixon & Son announced.
The store will occupy around 45,000sq ft and will include a Homebase garden centre.
The project will also reopen the Terrace Café.
Dunmail Park centre manager Gordon Osbaldestin said: “We are delighted to welcome The Range to Dunmail Park Shopping Centre.
“Securing such a well-known national retailer demonstrates the strength of the Dunmail Park location and the confidence major brands have in the local area.
“The Range will be a fantastic addition to Dunmail Park and will provide another compelling retail offer for shoppers across the region.”
The centre is also home to Asda, Costa, Cumbria Travel, Parkway Cinema, Subway, and J Edgar & Son.
