[A] man has been charged with murder this evening (10 Aug) following the death of Maryport man William Richardson.
Sean Morrin, 32, of Nelson Street, Maryport, has been charged with murder and has been remanded in police custody to appear before Workington Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
William Richardson suffered fatal injuries following an assault in the early hours of Tuesday (8 August) in Senhouse Street in Maryport.
He died the following day in hospital (9 August).
