[P]OLICE are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of a 37-year-old woman who has gone missing from home in Blackpool.

Anne Owen, who is thought to be around eight months pregnant, was last seen on April 27th on Talbot Road, Blackpool. She was reported missing to police on July 25th.

She has links to Birmingham and may have travelled there.

PC Claire Sloane, of Blackpool Police, said: “Anne Owen has not been seen for quite some time and we are extremely concerned about her. We estimate she will be around eight months pregnant now, so will be fairly distinctive-looking.

“Anybody who sees her, or knows where she may be is asked to contact us as soon as possible. Similarly we would urge Anne herself, if she sees this appeal, to get in touch to let us know she is safe.”

Anne is described as white, around 5ft 2ins tall, with shoulder-length, dark brown hair.

Anybody with information as to her whereabouts is asked to contact us on 101, quoting log number 1153 of July 25th.
