Merseyside duo charged with drug supply offences

[T]wo people have been charged with drug supply offences following a proactive stop on the M6 yesterday (25th August).

Police stopped a black Audi Q3 on the M6 northbound near Southwaite at approximately 2.45am. The occupants were in possession of heroin and crack cocaine worth a street value of £3,000.

Two occupants from the vehicle were arrested and have subsequently been charged with possession with intent to supply heroin and crack cocaine.

Those charged are:

  • Ethan Sheen, aged 20, of Merlin Street, Liverpool.
  • Stacy Washington, aged 32, of Sandon Street, Liverpool.

Sheen has also been charged with possession of a bladed article and possession of cannabis.

Both are scheduled to appear before North Cumbria Magistrates’ Court today (26th August).
