[O]n Friday 8th September, post hardcore rising stars Lions Lions all the way from Boston Massachusetts will be playing a very rare gig in Carlisle when they hit the newly opened Embers, formerly known as Club Rock on English Gate Plaza as part of their first ever UK tour.

Ryan Devlin, promoter of Target Rock said: “I’m very excited to bring Lions Lions to Carlisle, they have a lot of buzz around them at the moment and I get the feeling it’s just a matter of time before they hit it big, don’t miss out on seeing them in such an intimate venue while you still can”.

Lions Lions have been tearing up the very popular Warped Tour all over America for the past 5 years, making a huge name for themselves and gaining some major support slots to bands such as Bring me the Horizon, Of Mice & Men, Story of the Year, Asking Alexandria and Sleeping with Sirens to name just a few.

Ryan Devlin added: “It’s not every day a band that’s had so much success in America visits Carlisle. This is their first ever UK tour, and amazingly their only date anywhere near Scotland and in the North of England. Every other show is down south, so the guys are very excited to see a real Northern crowd on September 8th, their live performances are very very energetic and we’re hoping the Carlisle crowd will keep that energy alive in Embers!”

“These guys are perfect for fans of Coheed & Cambria, Four Year Strong, Sleeping with Sirens, Neck Deep and all that good stuff”

Support comes from Hayworth and Carlisle’s very own The Dissident Youth.

Lions Lions brand new album “Monument” is out now via iTunes, Google Play, Spotify and Apple Music and the band will be selling them as part of their UK tour merch range.

Tickets are just £6 in advance through Skiddle at the link below and will be available on the door for £8. Please note this gig is an over 18’s only event.
