[P]olice are appealing for witnesses to an incident which occurred outside Mirehouse shops on Meadow Road, Whitehaven, at 3.30pm on Tuesday 12th September 2017.
Two males appeared to have been in a heated confrontation then the taller of the two has assaulted the shorter by punching him to the shoulder.
Witnesses are asked to contact police.
