[C]umbria Police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed a collision in Workington last night (16 Oct, 2017) or the moments leading up to it.
The collision happened at around 6.45pm at the junction of Harrington Road and John Street and involved a dark blue Fiat Punto and a red Seat Leon.
Officers would particularly like to hear from the driver of a white van parked nearby.
Police, ambulance and fire and rescue attended the scene.
The driver and passenger in the Punto and the driver and passenger in the Leon were all taken to Cumberland Infirmary.
However, none of those involved are believed to have suffered any life-threatening or altering injuries.
