[P]olice have confirmed that the two people who died in the Seaton area have been identified as William Reid and Katherine Workman.
Officers are investigating the sudden death.
Police were called by the ambulance service at 12.36pm on Sunday (October 22nd), after they attended a property on High Seaton where a man and woman had become unwell.
The 67-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The woman, aged 70, was taken to the West Cumberland Hospital where she has since died.
Detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding both of the deaths.
