[C]oronation Street actor, Bruno Langley who plays Todd Grimshaw in the ITV soap has been charged after two women were allegedly sexually assaulted at a music venue in Manchester.
A spokesman for GMP said: “Bruno Langley, 34, of Sandiway Place, Altrincham has been charged with two counts of sexual assault and has been bailed to appear at Manchester Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 28 November 2017.
“Police received a report that at around 1am on Sunday 1st October 2017, a woman in her 30s had been sexually assaulted at a music venue on Swan Street in the Northern Quarter.
“On Friday 20th October 2017, police received a report that on Sunday 1st October 2017 a woman in her 20s had been sexually assaulted at a music venue on Swan Street in the Northern Quarter.”
Corrie bosses said Langley will not be filming any further scenes, a spokesman for Coronation Street said: “We can confirm that Bruno Langley is no longer contracted to Coronation Street.”
