[C]umbria Police is appealing for witnesses following a report of a public order offence in Kendal.
A 16-year-old girl was walking in Parkside Road, Kendal, at around 4.40pm yesterday (30th October) when two men in their early 20s began yelling and whistling at her from inside a small, navy blue van.
The van had diagonal red and white stripes.
Officers would like to hear from the men inside the van, anyone who believes they have knowledge of who the men are or anyone who witnessed the incident.
