[A] man who died in Borland Avenue, Carlisle, yesterday evening has today been named as 34-year-old Carlisle man Kevin Slater.
Emergency services attended Borland Avenue shortly before 6.30pm yesterday (17 Nov) and found Mr Slater outside the address. He was declared dead at the scene.
Officers arrested five people – three men and two women – on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a controlled substance.
Officers have today charged 31-year-old Victoria Blair of Borland Avenue, Carlisle, with possession of a controlled substance with intent to supply. She will appear on remand at Carlisle Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 20 November 2017.
The other four people arrested have been released with no further action.
