
A youngster causing anti-social behaviour and criminal damage in Millom has apologised to their victims.
Copeland Police said over the past few weeks the town had experienced issues.
It added: “The neighbourhood policing team worked closely with the local community and identified those involved.
“Some have been spoken to with their parents.
“One of the individuals involved carried out community resolution.
“They went to the property impacted with a PCSO with a hand written apology, a verbal apology and carried out some weeding to give back to those impacted.
“Throughout this session we spoke about the impacts their behaviour can have on others, and also how it can effect them long term with future plans. They engaged very well and worked very hard.”
