A previous Amy’s Care Christmas lunch in Keswick

[L]ocal event management company, CBA Events, is helping North-Cumbria based Amy’s Care to bring festive cheer to people affected by dementia this Christmas.

Amy’s Care is a family run, Community Interest Company that offers day care for older adults through social clubs, helping to give those in need a supportive and interactive environment while giving full-time carers a break.

CBA Events will be funding Christmas lunch parties for the Ireby and Carlisle Amy’s Care social groups. The festive occasions will see 54 attendees enjoying beautiful Christmas decorations, a traditional Christmas lunch menu, crackers and drinks; the Ireby group will celebrate at the Keswick Park Hotel and the Carlisle group at Greenhill Hotel.

Sara Young, Director of CBA Events, said: “We’re really pleased to be able to support Amy’s Care this year and particularly with something as much fun as a Christmas party. Some of the guests won’t get the chance to socialise with friends or family over Christmas so we feel it’s important that we bring them all together to enjoy each other’s company. The work Amy’s Care does makes a real difference to so many individuals and families and it’s a privilege to be able to help.”

CBA Events is a full-service event management company operating nationwide and based in Keswick. For more information or to organise your own event, please visit https://cbaevents.co.uk
