[K]endal-based Volvo Dealership, PV Dobson, will host its 13th annual Christmas Fair in its showroom at Bridge End Garage, Levens, hosting over 50 local stalls selling crafts and gifts from 6-9pm on Thursday 7th December.

Complimentary coffee, mince pies and mulled wine will be available to ensure fair-goers enjoy the festivities whilst carol singers will add to the Christmas spirit and craft tables and games will entertain younger guests.

As well as selling their wares, stallholders on the evening will donate prizes and gifts from their stands for the evening’s raffle. All proceeds will be donated to Martin House Children’s Hospice, which provides care for children and young people with life shortening conditions. The hospice needs £6 million every year to provide services and relies heavily on donations and fundraisers to reach its target.

PV Dobson’s director, Chris Hammond, commented: “We have held our Christmas Fair every year for the last 13 years as we love bringing the community together to showcase their crafts and gifts just in time for Christmas. It’s a great chance for families and friends to get into the Christmas spirt whilst also raising money in aid of Martin House, a truly amazing charity.”

The annual Christmas Fair will be taking place at: Bridge End Garage, Levens, Nr. Kendal LA8 8EL.
