[F]amily business owners are being given exclusive access to three of Penrith’s most well-respected family run companies.
Award-winning exporters Trade Copiers, innovative Eden Brewery and iconic Cranston’s are all opening their doors as part of the Penrith leg of the Family Business Roadtrip. Organised by Sue Howorth, founder of The Family Business Network Ltd in partnership with Penrith based business lenders Enterprise Answers this particular event is part of a series of Roadtrips created by Sue.
Ms Howorth explains further; “There’s nothing quite like getting inside a business to better understand what makes them successful. I’m always impressed by how open family businesses are with each other, perhaps it’s the shared challenges they face that allows the in-depth conversations to flow so freely.
“I’m delighted to have such a high calibre of family businesses for this leg of the Roadtrip tour and am confident that those joining us in Penrith will appreciate the learnings from these businesses. Cranston’s have been running for over a hundred years, whilst Trade Copiers are experts at international trade and Eden Brewery are a nimble quick thinking company – all of them have so much to share with other family businesses and that’s what makes the network so special.”
The Family Business Roadtrip takes place on the morning January 12th. Spaces are reserved for family businesses in the first instance and those interested in attending should email [email protected]
