[P]olice are investigating theft of a White Carrera mountain bike stolen from the front yard of a property in Blackwell Road, Carlisle, at approximately 5.40pm on Wednesday 10th January 2018.
The male offender, believed to be in his teens and wearing a grey woolly hat, took the bike as it stood unattended in the yard.
He was chased up Blackwell Road by the bike owner before disappearing out of sight.
