[S]harrow Bay has announced its partnership with the Great North Air Ambulance for its annual Charity of the Year raffle.
Throughout the year, the original country house hotel will be selling raffle tickets to provide customers with the opportunity to win a range of exciting prizes while raising money for a wonderful cause.
The event has always been a huge success, with last year’s raffle raising £8,500 for Eden Valley Hospice.
Ivan Holroyd, General Manager at Sharrow Bay, said: “The team at Sharrow Bay are incredibly excited to support this remarkable charity which does such valuable work across the north of England. We are extremely appreciative of the kindness and generosity of our guests, who continue to help us support such important causes.”
The Great North Air Ambulance operates three helicopters across the North-East, North Yorkshire and Cumbria, bringing pioneering pre-hospital care to critically ill or injured patients.
