L-R: Ian Fishwick, Ruth Baker and Paul Smith

[P]aul Smith, Ian Fishwick and Ruth Baker, formerly of Pearson & Pearson Solicitors in Kendal and Kirkby Lonsdale, have joined Thomson Hayton Winkley along with their secretarial and support colleagues.

With over 80 people working within the business, THW is now one of the largest legal practices in the area with offices in Kendal, Windermere, Kirkby Lonsdale, J36 Rural Auction Centre and Grange-over-Sands.

Paul, Ruth and their support staff have relocated from the previous Pearson & Pearson offices at 98 Stricklandgate Kendal to THW offices at 114-116 Stricklandgate – just a few doors down. In Kirkby Lonsdale, Ian and his support staff have moved from the old Pearson & Pearson office in Market Square to new offices at The Old Bank, 29 Main Street – above the Visitor Information Centre and Thomson Hayton Winkley Estate Agents.

Director Simon Theobald says; “We are delighted to welcome Paul, Ian and Ruth and look forward to continuing to provide excellent services to all our joint clients across the region. Thomson Hayton Winkley will be stronger than ever, taking care of families, individuals and businesses throughout South Lakes.”
