Stephen Chambers

[T]he family of a man who died following a road traffic collision on New Road, Whitehaven, on Tuesday evening (May 1st) have today paid tribute to him.

Stephen Chambers, known as “Chembo”, was the son of Caroline and Stephen, brother to Lindsay and daddy to Brooke.

The family of Stephen Chambers said: “Stephen was a live-life-to-the-full type of person with one of the kindest hearts you could ever have the pleasure of knowing.

“He lived for his family and friends, and was devoted to his girlfriend Simonne and his daughter Brooke who was his princess and his entire world.  We all know Stephen was a funny character and made lots of friends throughout his personal and working life with his infectious character.  He will be a massive loss to us all but he will live on through all of us.”

“He died with his cousin Mikey (Michael) by his side, the troublesome twosome, and we know that they will be up there now having a party and looking down on all those they cared about.  Two lads with big hearts and big personalities to match.  They will both be sorely missed by many, every single day until we meet them again.”
