[F]it for Life is the name of an event taking place on Friday 18th May from 1-4pm at Cartmel Village Hall organised by Age UK South Lakeland.
During the afternoon people will have the chance to take part in a wide range of talks and demonstrations:
- Mindful Meditation session.
- Falls Awareness talk and demonstration.
- Keeping Financially Fit for Later Life.
- Benefit Advice.
- Digital Champions will be on hand to show the benefits of being on line with a special area set up with tablets.
- Hearing Loss Project.
- Volunteering opportunities and activities.
Refreshments and homemade cakes will be available throughout the afternoon.
