A motorcyclist has died following a collision in Stretford.
Shortly after 2:55pm on Friday 28 September 2018, police were called to Park Road in Stretford to reports that a motorbike had been involved in a collision with street furniture.
Officers attended and administered CPR alongside paramedics but unfortunately the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Road closures remain in place and officers from GMP’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit are currently in attendance.

A man has died following a collision in Withington.
At around 3:55pm on Friday 28 September 2018, police were called to Parsonage Road to reports of a collision involving a motorbike and a Toyota Auris.
Emergency services responded but despite the best efforts of paramedics, the motorcycle rider was pronounced dead at the scene.
The road is currently closed as officers respond to the incident and enquiries are currently being undertaken by GMP’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit.
