An Ulverston man has died following injuries suffered in a collision last month.
Sydney Atkinson, aged 92, died earlier this week at Aintree Hospital. Mr Atkinson was involved in a collision with a Vauxhall Insignia on the A590 County Road, Ulverston at approximately 4pm on 29th October.
An investigation remains ongoing and officers are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
Anyone who witnessed the collision or who has any information which could assist is urged to contact police on 101 and request to speak to PC 563 Walsh.
