Police are investigating a theft that occurred on the 3rd December at approximately 2pm in the public toilets in the multi-storey car park, Workington.
The victim had her handbag stolen from the public toilets.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “The bag is described as a black GEORGE handbag with gold zips up the front and has small purple paint marks on the handle.
“The bag had sentimental items of the victim’s daughter and has nothing of value in.”
Any information to the whereabouts of the bag or who witnessed the incident is asked to contact police quoting log 121 of 3rd December 2018.
