Police are appealing for witnesses following a robbery at Currys PC World at South Lakeland Retail Park near Queen Katherines Avenue, Kendal, at 6:22pm today (17th December).

Four men entered the premises and demanded a number of mobile phones from staff before leaving in a blue car.

No weapons were used and no one was hurt during the incident.

Detective Constable Andrew Wright said: “This type of incident isn’t common to Cumbria and we are appealing to the public to get in touch with any information, no matter how insignificant they may think it is. We have a team of officers on this case and will work hard to bring the offenders to justice.”

Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information to contact Detective Constable 2430 Wright on 101, quoting log number 225 of the 12th December.
