Police are investigating a burglary that occurred overnight between the 31st December and 1st January at Hunters public house, Cockermouth.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “Unknown offenders have entered the rear of the property causing damage to the gate and gained access to the pub cellar.”
Anyone with any information or witnessed this incident is asked to contact police quoting log 200 of the 1st January 2019.
