Police are investigating a racially aggravated offence which happened at around 7pm, on the 10th of September at a church on Lanrigg Road, Carlisle.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “A group of youths threatened violence and used offensive language, directed towards church goers who were leaving the Church of Jesus Christ and the Latter Day Saints.
“Police would like to speak to the male in red in the photo, as part of their investigations.”
