Police are investigating an incident involving a man and woman who were seen having a verbal argument on Shaddongate in Carlisle at around 8:45pm on Saturday 2 November.
The man is described as white, aged in his 40s, 5’6″ tall, average build, wearing a red jacket with hood.
The woman is described as white, aged in her 30s, wearing a yellow parka style jacket.
It’s believed the couple had two young children with them.
Police would like to speak to the male and female involved or anyone who was present at the time of the incident and who could help identify them.
