COPELAND’S Mayor has welcomed a new recruitment firm to the borough’s business community.

Mike Starkie was invited to visit Hannah Associates Group, based at Hensingham Business Park in Whitehaven and owned by Bradley Hannah, and was impressed by the outfit.

Mr Starkie said: “I was pleased to be invited by Bradley to see his new premises. I’m impressed by Bradley’s passion and professionalism, and I’m sure Hannah Associates will be a welcome addition to Copeland’s business offer.

“It’s hugely encouraging to see another new business open in Whitehaven. Bradley’s family – the Arrighis – have been a mainstay of the town’s business community for generations and it’s great to see this continue.”

Mr Hannah said: “I was pleased to welcome the Mayor to introduce him to our business.

“Specialising in engineering, our sole aim is to represent the very best local candidates to place them into permanent employment.

“Typically, 70 per cent of our day is spent talking to our candidates so we can fulfil their needs whenever a vacancy arises.

“We offer a fresh approach to recruitment, understanding the importance of adding value to our clients, saving them time, energy and money, and we tailor our resources to suit their needs.”
