Sanlam UK has announced the appointment of Paul Clifford as a wealth manager in its Cumbria office, further strengthening its regional service for clients in the north.
Based in Sanlam’s Kirkby Lonsdale offices, Paul will be a valuable addition and brings more than 18 years of experience as a Chartered Wealth Manager to his role. He will work closely with the Cumbrian team, as well as Sanlam’s Harrogate office and London-based managers servicing clients in the north.

It is an exciting time to be in financial services, with more and more people in need of expert advice to support their goals. I hope to be able to make use of my depth of experience in markets and wealth management to help strengthen the excellent service that Sanlam provides its clients in the north.”
Before joining Sanlam, Paul was Managing Director of Integritas Wealth Partners, a company he founded in 2016. Before that he held the role of Investment Director at the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) in the Wealth Management division.
Paul is also a former President of the CISI Jersey committee where his focus is the promotion of wealth management as a career path to local schools and colleges, mentoring students with aspirations to follow a career in the investment world.
He graduated with a BA (Hons) in Business Administration at Nottingham Trent University, and is a chartered wealth manager and Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI). He holds the CISI Diploma and the CFA Investment Management Certificate.

Paul will work alongside junior portfolio manager, James Penfold and office manager Michelle Tallon in the Kirkby Lonsdale office, as well a number of the London Portfolio Managers that service clients in the north – Eleanor Ingilby, Danny Szabo and Alyssa Davison. Sanlam’s Harrogate office is headed by portfolio manager David Battersby, and Sukhbir Lall, a junior portfolio manager.
