Prima Uno the specialist project controls, risk management, programme and project management consultancy has won a £2 million four-year framework for the Provision of Project Delivery for International Nuclear Services (INS) This is the first further Competition to be awarded by INS.
The framework will entail providing Programme Management, Project Management, Risk Management and Project Controls specialist services at INS offices in Warrington and Cumbria. The Framework will be managed by Sarah Purdham and Rachel Starkey.

“Winning this contract will assist in Prima Uno evolving from a Project Controls consultancy into our goal of increasing our service offering in Portfolio, Programme and Project Management.
“We worked tirelessly in tendering for this opportunity. Winning this framework was a huge target for us as we wanted to make a difference to INS.
“Our demonstrable experience helping blue chip clients achieve leading performance puts us in a wonderful position to deliver value to INS. Winning this contract will mean we will be increasing our team in Cumbria and Warrington.
“We have had a recruitment drive these last few months and will employing Programme Managers, Project Managers, Risk Managers, Project Controls (estimators, planners and cost engineers) and subject matter experts in programme governance and assurance. We are also looking forward to employing some graduates and apprentices.
